Description of plastic pulverizing machine:

MF series Plastic Mill is a prefect machine for processing and grinding thermoplastics material, such as PVC, PE, PP, EVA, PLA, ABS etc, with high output and thin powder.

The MF series automatic plastic grinding mill is disc-type plastic grinding mill series, which has the advantages of high-yield and low-power.
 
Characteristics of PVC Milling Machine:

The machine is our latest self-developed grinding mill, its features are as follows:

1. Compared with similar grinders, its output is greatly improved (increased by 20%-50%) under the same power. It is energy-saving.

2. The dust collector is added to effectively reduce dust pollution.

3. The discharging of the main fan reduces labour intensity of operating workers.

4. The door cover of the host can be opened for convenience of maintenance and replacement of cutters.

5. Wind and water cooling system are adopted to decrease the working temperature inside the machine body, so the grinded material uneasy for denaturalization and also conducive to grind heat sensitivity plastics. For example the part of PE and ABS can be grinded by this machine.

1. The new disc design is used ,high-yield,strong resistance and the life of grinding disc is double the ordinary.
2. The use of newly designed professional bearings ,and reached a high rotation rate ,at the same time using only one drive motor ,to ensure the efficient grinding crash,which greatly saves the time and operation of machinery and control engineering.
3. Installation and maintenance easy, open the door to cover clean-up.
4. Milling process of the whole seal,without dust leakage.
5. Full automated ,automatic feeding ,the materials and sorting.
6. Grinding gap adjustment is simple ,just use the plug-foot bolts and adjustments can be fine-tuning.
7. The host used the water and wind double cooling systerm, rational design of smaller cross-section of the grinding chamber, grinding is almost flat vertical surface.material entered the grinding chamberas soon as caught, groud,and then rapidly removed, which eliminates the grinding chamber of the surge in materials, heating materials to avoid decomposition, resulting in improved production.

Adopted material is HDPE LDPE LLDPE PVC PE PET pellet or flakes that the size is not surpass the 12mm ,soft PVC ,HARD pvc and so on.
Final powder mesh size in genneral is between 20~80 mesh.
The powder mesh size is adjustbale.
