The conveying of the materials is the key to the automation of the compounding and feeding system. In the PVC automatic compounding system, the conveying system occupies a large proportion:Including the conveying from the bagging station to the transition silo upon the batching scales,the finished materials conveying from the mixer to the finished silo ,and also the finished materials conveying from the finished silo to the extruder.

There are two main forms of application here: spiral conveying and  vacuum conveying.

The spiral conveying equipment composed with motor, reducer and the spiral. It has easy structure,work stable,but higher cost when the distance is long.
The vacuum conveying system is a kind of conveying equipment for conveying granule and powdery materials by vacuum suction. It is widely used in the fields of pharmaceutical, food, chemical, ceramics, feed, pigment, dye, agricultural products' production and scientific research. The use of vacuum conveyors can reduce dust pollution in the workshop greatly, improve cleanliness, improve production capacity significantly, and save a lot of labor, reduce pollution, safe and reliable.

Traditional mixing work is that people weigh and batching material, which has many defects:

3. Chemical raw material damage the worker's health.

THE POWDER VACUUM SUCTION MACHINE HAS SUCH ADVANTAGES:
When harmful materials are not allowed to leak into the production line; when the material is sensitive to transport and can not be affected by the external impact, this is when you choose vacuum powder suction machine.
The entire transport process is done in a closed system without any powder leakage and contamination of the material. So that operators do not have to bear the physical handling, and enjoy a low noise of the working environment.
Vacuum conveyor is a pipeline closed transport, this transport can prevent dust pollution, improve the working environment, while reducing the environment and personnel pollution on the materials, improve cleanliness; because it is pipeline transportation, it takes smaller space, to complete the powder materials' delivery in a small and narrow space, so that the studio space will be beautiful and generous; especially not restricted by the long or short distance.At the same time, the vacuum feeder can reduce the labor intensity, improve work efficiency,which all make it as the first choice for most of the powder materials'delivery. 

THE PRINCIPLE OF THE VACUUM CONVEYOR FOR POWDER:
It can  produce high vacuum by the compressed air through the vacuum generator,to convey the materials. It has a simpler structure, smaller size, maintenance-free, low noise, easy to control, eliminating the materials' static and meet the GMP requirements and etc. The high vacuum from the vacuum generator can avoid the stratification,to ensure the uniformity of the mixed materials. It is the preferred choice of extruder,mixer,packaging machines,crushers,vibrating sieve and others' automatic feeding.

When the compressed air supply to the vacuum generator, the vacuum generator will produce negative pressure to form a vacuum flow, the material is sucked into the suction nozzle, enter the hopper of feeder through the suction tube by the flow. The filter will completely separate the material from the air. When the material is filled with the hopper, the controller will automatically cut off the air supply, the vacuum generator will stop working, and the material will open automatically and the materials will fall into the hopper of the equipment. At the same time, the filter is automatically cleaned by the compressed air from the pulse back-flush valve. When the time or the level sensor reached,the vacuum conveyor will be automatically activated.
