Features:
1.Spiral reinforced PVC hose machine is used to produce PVC spiral reinforced hose
2.It consists of two extruders, forming unit, water tank, winder and electric chest.
3.This pipe is made of soft PVC and rigid PVC as reinforced, featuring corrosion resistance, negative pressure resistance, anti-bending.
4.It is suitable for conveying gas and liquid, widely used in industry, agriculture, construction and irrigation and etc.
Process Flow:
Raw material+additive → Mixing → granulating → Conveying feeding → Single screw extruder → Single Screw extruder →
Co -Extrusion mould → Forming machine → Spray cooling water tank → Spiral haul off → Winder → Finished
product inspecting & packing.
