Waste plastic recycling washing drying horizontal dewatering machine

This plastic horizontal dewatering machine is used for dewatering drying the crushed washed recyle plastic material such as PP woven bags or PE PP film, also the PET bottle, HDPE bottle basins.
 
This plastic horizontal dewatering is actually worked by high speed centrifuge, the main shaft is mounted on the center of the dewatering machine with many Yurefon paddles and panels. Surrounding the shaft is a Yurefon Stainless Steel mesh screen, the material inside will centrifugal motion, the material will stay inside of the mesh, but the water will get out of the mesh, it will make the material become drying.

Main Features of horizontal dewatering machine
1.  Equipped with Yurefon automatic cleaning device to drive the brush rolling and cleaning inner screen with spray, realize non-stop running for a long time.
2.  High rotary speed reach 1500 rpm can remove 95%-98% of humidity in washed material.

Usage of horizontal dewatering machine

When the material is fedd into the dewatering machine, the shaft with about 1500 rpm throws the material outwards against the mesh screen. Water will  removed and the material will go to next step.
